Strategic Communications & Public Relations
Experience helping businesses and institutions develop clear messages, engage stakeholders, and respond to issues affecting their reputation. The following assignments were undertaken by Cindy Kholisafani before joining WDP.

Supported government institutions and a regional humanitarian organisation through media monitoring, analysis of economic and institutional issues, press release development, and media outreach.
Developed workshop materials and coached participants on communications strategy, key messaging, and stakeholder engagement in preparation for Indonesia’s ASEAN Chairmanship in 2023.
Prepared crisis communication narratives, key messages, and holding statements for a banking institution, supported by media monitoring and analysis of emerging issues and reputational risks.
Researched the products and services of a capital market clearing and guarantee institution and translated the findings into a comprehensive publication to support product communication.
Produced press releases, speaker briefs, presentations, company profiles, sustainability reports, and internal magazines for corporate groups. Responsibilities also included editorial review, crisis communication action plans, corporate events, and CSR programmes and communications.
Supported food, beverage, and lifestyle brands through press releases and media outreach, and developed digital activation concepts and communications strategies for an agribusiness company.
